Most kids love playing pranks, and I’m sure even you have played pranks on your friends, parents, or even strangers. You might even have a favorite target that you will just never get sick of pranking.

It’s the excitement of seeing the reactions from other people that makes pranksters love it.

One of the most classic pranks is the “ding dong ditch”

While it is traditionally known as “Knock, Knock, Ginger” in the 19th century, these days there are plenty of different names to call it. It is famously called the “ding dong ditch” in the US. As its name suggests, this prank consists of ringing someone’s doorbell and running away before the door can be answered. For kids, this prank is fun to do, especially when they could run away together with their friends.

However, there are some people who don’t love being on the receiving end

Ding dong ditch is a harmless prank, but a lot of people find it annoying. This prank had caused plenty of trouble already, even up to this day. To protect themselves from this unruly prank, some people install security cameras on their front porch. Sometimes, they would go as far as putting up a fence.

Despite these precautions, some kids are just way too persistent

Kids never know when to quit.

Once they see that you’re trying to protect yourself from their pranks, they’d only see it as a challenge to break. For some kids, it was easy to brush them off as nothing.

One particular kid fits the example. At Canton, Georgia, a boy wearing a blue jacket decided to drop by someone’s house to play the doorbell prank. He left his bike in the yard, proceeded to head towards the door, and dropped some sort of trash right at the door.

Before pressing the doorbell, he realizes that there’s a camera attached to it

The mischievous boy was just about to press the doorbell but when he went to take a closer look, he saw the tiny camera peeking at him. Once he saw that, he didn’t even run away but instead decided to do something a little more wicked.

What he left at the doorbell camera will surely make you cringe

Without second thoughts, the doorbell prankster decided to lick the camera. Afterward, he finally rang the bell and immediately scooted away. Meanwhile, as seen in the camera’s footage, you could see the boy’s unpleasant spit slowly dripping down its lens. It is enough to make anyone cringe from disgust but knowing that the victim will have to deal with it is quite hilarious.
